Luís Teles Morais

Luís is a PhD candidate in Economics and Finance and teaching assistant at Nova SBE. His research interests are in macroeconomics, household finance and public finance. At Economics for Policy, he worked on a project about the impact of aging on public finances in Portugal. In the course of the PhD, he has worked at the European Central Bank, working on statistics about the distribution of household wealth in the euro area, and spent time at U. Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona as a visiting student. Previously, he worked for the Institute of Public Policy in Lisbon, where he served as executive director. Luís holds a MSc in Finance from Nova SBE and a BSc in Economics from ISEG.
