Bruno Pessoa Carvalho

Bruno Pessoa Carvalho is a PhD candidate in Economics at Nova SBE. He holds a Research Masters degree from Nova SBE. Bruno is currently a visiting researcher at the Economics department of BI Norwegian Business School, in Oslo.

Bruno has worked as a Research Assistant in a variety of projects related with the measurement of Fiscal Policy economic effects, Cultural economics, Monetary Economics and Human Capital in Comprehensive Accounting.

Bruno’s core research interests are related with Political Economy and particularly the determinants of local election outcomes and their consequences.

Bruno is also a teaching assistant at Nova SBE and ISCAL, where he teaches Linear Algebra and Statistics at the undergraduate level.
